I’m sure you have a bright idea hidden somewhere in the back of your mind that you just can’t wait to test out. Of course you’re not the only one with the bright idea. So what motivates you to churn those creative, or even inspiring juices to its utmost flavor?
It’s always best to set up a personal goal where you can accomplish the most in record time, maybe like mowing the lawn in an hour before the big game on TV. A correct and positive attitude in whatever you do will make things easier, and even enjoyable.
Here are some tips to make it through the week even if you’re just sitting in your favorite couch. An idea takes time to form in your head and is always at work while you are busy sitting.
Having a bit of positive thinking can help you realize things that are never thought possible. Thinking big is indeed the American Way and that what made our country prosperous.
1. Take passionate action towards living your life by design. Talk is cheap. Action = deposits in the bank of a passionately authentic future. Without it, passion is void.
This is a perfect example where dreams are made of where you start by tinkering with your mind, then with your hands. And if the idea weakens, you can always go back to it later until you finish it.

Your whole day often depends on how you greet the morning. It’s no secret that often times when your morning gets off to a poor start, your day goes down with it into a spiral of negativity. Ever wake up and stumble out of bed only to find the day follows with one bad thing after another? It’s no mistake… once your mind takes you to a negative place it’s hard to turn it around unless you make a conscious effort to do so. It’s always beneficial to greet each day with energy, high spirits, and positivity. When you wake up in the morning, try to flood your mind with positive optimism about life and the day ahead. Reciting positive affirmations and counting your blessings are great morning rituals. And don’t forget to smile…it doesn’t cost a dime but its worth everything.

You must always love yourself first before you can expect other people to love and adore you. Other people learn how to love and treat you based on how you love and treat yourself. Imagine a close friend who has been through what you have been through… imagine he/she is trying to embrace change and become a better person… would you be as hard on him/her as you are on yourself? Does someone else deserve more compassion than you give yourself? Be kind to yourself… be patient.. and show self-compassion. Change is often diffucult but it is easier when you feel safe and loved. Give that to yourself. Make a positive commitment to yourself, to learning, to our planet earth (your home), to your family, your friends, to growing, and worthwhile causes that speak to your heart. Praise yourself as much as you praise others. Admire your own accomplishments. Forgive yourself for past mistakes and believe in your own worth. When you start to feel confident about yourself, positive thoughts will begin to flow naturally through your mind.

There is no one else in the world who can tell you who you are. Know your passions, your favorites, and your principles. Understand your current limitations and where they came from so that you can overcome them. Spend some quality time with YOU and learn to enjoy your own company. Day dream, read, dance, listen to music, or watch a movie. When you know yourself completely you will become aware of how far you are able to go mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Know who YOU are….
