Sleep Learning – What Is Sleep Learning?

Think how good it would be if you could salvage a third of your existence to alter those things that can improve your life without spending a lot of time or money? Not many people are accustomed to sleep learning, but that is what makes it all possible.

Leonid Bliznitchenko, a professor, say that sleep learning is method used to provide your brain with information and make it more easy for your brain to store that information while you are asleep as you would normally do. The method of sleep learning can be implemented or started as soon as you fall into a state of tranquil sleep.

From the oldest records show that ancient Priests from Egypt was the first to make use of sleep learning in that they “taught” new candidates for priesthood the secrets that revolves around priesthood by making them sleep in special sleeping venues where the lessons or secrets were taught to them while they were sleeping.

It is clear that the priests did not know what caused the evident results from making use of sleep learning, but was well aware that their method increased the speed with which the new comer priests learned the secrets for their duties.

As for today, with modern technology and the extensive research that has been done on the brain and brain activity and so more, we dispose of much more knowledge than the Egyptians had, however, as for sleep learning the majority information are still a mystery.

Noted information with respect to sleep learning are recorded only from the late the 18th century. Vetterstrand, a German, carried out concentrated research on sleep learning and only 25 years later, more recorded information was published in 1958 where Huxley devoted a whole chapter to the subject in his book “Brave New World Revisited”.
