Back in the 1970’s two men by the names of Richard Bandler and John Grinder developed a behavioral science known as Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) . They claimed that NLP had methods and techniques from three fields. These fields are linguistics, computer science and neurology.
To break it all down NLP has three main components. These components are neuro, language and programming.
